FAQ

General

  • What is a CRM?
    • CRM or customer relationship management is a software technology that saves, organizes, and serves all the marketing, sales, customer service, HR, and other business data in one place to better communicate with customers and improve customer relationships.

  • Who uses CRMs? What are the growth predictions?
    • Every small, medium, and large business — even Fortune 500 companies — uses CRMs. The CRM industry is the fastest growing software market and revenues are expected to cross $80 billion by 2025 in the US alone. The global enterprise software market is expected to be around $575 billion in 2024.

  • How are CRMs used?
    • Initially created as a tool to manage customer relations, the CRM software industry has evolved a lot over the past few years. CRMs now have applications in many business areas like marketing, sales, ecommerce, finance, and human resource management.

  • Why should I learn about CRMs?
    • The CRM industry is growing by leaps and bounds and, due to the covid-19 pandemic, the demand for CRM cloud software is accelerating. So, it's natural that the demand for CRM professionals will grow proportionately.

  • What is CRMBase?
    • CRMBase makes learning any CRM easy and its adoption simple. We are creating learning paths to take someone from the beginner level to the professional level and get a high paying job in the CRM industry within six months.

  • Is CRMBase a new CRM?
    • Nope, we provide the learning platform for all the major CRMs out there.

  • Why should I use CRMBase instead of official CRM learning platform?
    • All the major CRMs has some sort of learning platform or articles available but the learning experience varies a lot. Those platforms only have content related to that CRM. For example, Salesforce has Trailhead and Adobe has Adobe Learn but if you are working on different platforms and integrations, the switch over can be dizzying. That's why we created CRMBase.

  • Why should I sign up?
    • Signing up to the CRMBase platform allows you to enroll in our learning paths, short courses, and bootcamps. You can create a profile and track your progress. You can progress along the different levels by growing your knowledge of CRMs and share your achievements with others as well.

  • What is CRMBase for Companies?
    • CRMBase for Companies helps you manage everything from onboarding new talent to upskilling current employees and improving their productivity to managing process changes seamlessly. With customized learning paths, self-service portals, remote training solutions, and AI-backed suggestions, CRMBase for Companies reduces overhead costs, increases CRM adoption and ROI, and improves employee productivity.
