CRMBase is looking for an energetic Admissions Counselor to recruit prospective students, onboard them, and help them smoothly navigate their bootcamp journey.
CRMBase is an industry-first Silicon Valley-based training platform and bootcamp for the customer relationship management industry that enables people to get high-paying CRM jobs by training for 3-6 months. CRMBase is looking to expand its team by hiring an Admissions Counselor. If you are impact-driven and value learning, you will be a great cultural fit.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper student engagement and quality outreach to those interested in the bootcamps
- Counsel and interview prospective students
- Maintain a professional level of communication with prospective students, internal stakeholders, and management
- Uphold the CRMBase brand while representing the company
- Become an expert at our bootcamp programs, Admissions policies and processes, and the CRM industry
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Admissions department, such as scheduling, attendance, etc.
- Create and manage strategic partnerships with companies as sources of recurring leads
- Plan and manage informational and networking events
- Own the lead and sales funnel to hit enrollment targets
- Collaborate with the team for sales and marketing initiatives
- Use a data-driven approach by assessing prospect quality, volume, and trends to set expectations and improve outcomes
- Identify and communicate challenges in the process and/or faced by prospective students with a solution-oriented approach
The Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate in a courteous, tactful, and concise manner
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office, G Suite)
- Strong sales, customer service, or business development background
- Any past experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a bonus
- Previous experience in an Admissions-focused environment is a plus
- Ability to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment
